Lead Community Manager
We believe community manager to be the voice of a game, a person to talk to the players and help them immerse in the project while also delivering their message to the developers in the most constructive way.
Responsibilities:
- Organize effective communication between community management and project team
- Participate in concept discussions of features and content along with the dev team
- Report on project community analytics, timely inform of crucial change
- Gather and process feedback from the players
- Develop new ways of achieving higher KPI’s
- Provide deep knowledge of the actual game meta
- Direct volunteer groups and outsource teams
- Manage corporate communication channels (website, Facebook, YouTube, Instagram, Google+, Twitter, Twitch etc.)
- Communicate with the players worldwide
- Other assigned tasks constrained by deadlines
Requirements:
- Outstanding written and oral English skills
- Work experience in game industry
- Basic skills in brand management
- Strong knowledge of engagement metrics and methods
- Good communication skills including willingness to speak in front of an audience
Pluses:
- Knowledge of mobile games market and trends
- Prior event planning and budgeting experience
- Prior business communications experience
