War Robots Sprints In Its 12th Anniversary
Twelve years in, the War Robots project has already proved a lot. The game keeps growing, bringing millions of players together, expanding what the community can do, and staying one of the most recognizable titles in its genre.
We enter our new year with an impressive set of milestones:
- 325 million registered users worldwide, including China, with 20 million of them added over the past year
- membership in the Billion Dollar Club, a rare group of mobile games that have generated over $1 billion in revenue
- a handful of QoL updates including long-awaited cross-platform feature (which has already been used to transfer progression between mobile and PC around 90,000 times), an official APK and a fan-requested Kill Cam feature
- a constant flow of great content to keep players engaged and in-game meta fresh
And the celebration is not just about numbers. With Update 12.0, the game launched Martian Robotic Games — an anniversary event where players choose a faction, head into battle, and compete for major rewards.
